On 7th November 2025, we held a Trust-wide INSET day, bringing together hundreds of our teachers and leaders for a day of professional development, collaboration, and celebration.

The day included a range of sessions designed to support our staff and enhance outcomes for the young people in our schools. At the New Horizon Centre, our teams focused on clarifying pupil progress reviews and setting next-step targets for children, with sessions led by Philip and Becky. At Field House Infant and Nursery School, Early Years staff took part in productive and purposeful sessions, which were described as supportive, engaging, and well received, thanks to the leadership of Karen Scrivens and her team.
Anna Upton, Deputy Trust Leader, delivered an inspiring opening address to set the tone for the day, while Lisa Eaton’s excellent organisation ensured everything ran smoothly, creating a professional and energising atmosphere throughout.
Across the Trust, our staff fully engaged in the sessions, demonstrating our values of family, integrity, teamwork, and success in every activity and interaction. The INSET day was a brilliant example of how collaboration and professional development strengthen our schools and benefit the young people we serve.
We are incredibly grateful to all our staff for their commitment, enthusiasm, and dedication in making the day such a success.
