A group of children from Kilburn Juniors, Chaucer Juniors and Ladywood Primary School all had the chance to experience a holiday in rural Derbyshire during the holidays and this was a holiday to last in the memories for a long time.
The children travelled by minibus to a remote location in Derbyshire where they were to stay for 6 nights. Their schedule was jam packed; shopping, swimming, walking, visiting a local farm park, visiting a reservoir, pizza making, bbq, film night and picnics. The week was full of fun things to do, and the children absolutely loved every minute.
Thank you to Derby Kids Camp and Cosy Direct for giving our schools the opportunity to take these children on a trip who may not get a chance otherwise.
